About Triple Lakes

 

Triple Lakes HOA is managed by a 3 member Board that administers the Covenants and By-Laws of the community for the benefit of all residents.  Board members generally serve 2 year terms and are elected to the positions. 

We have three committees that serve the community.  Our Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving or disapproving all homeowner building plans.  The Architectural Committee is obligated to ensure that any building plans meet or exceed the requirements established under our Covenants.  Our Social Committee is responsible for organizing community based events that should have appeal to most of our neighbors.  Events such as our pool opening party, easter egg hunt, wine tasting, and July 4th parade are just some of the events we have had in the past.  Our Pool Committee is responsible for opening, maintaining and closing our pool facilities each year.
